Quick Assessment

Planning ends with an assessment of how the project went — or how the year went for a committee or task force or subcommittee. The attached form is very helpful, especially in smaller societies or, within larger societies, in subcommittees of larger committees — though it can be useful to any society trying to get into the habit of remembering to assess what was planned and accomplished.
